We're proud to announce that our Website Push SDK just got an important update: It now supports Safari Website Push and Geolocation API.

This important addition brings a whole new level of relevance and engagement to your website. Making use of major modern browsers functionality, you can now keep your website visitors up to date even when they are not surfing your website.

What makes this new feature so incredibly efficient is how low friction the opting-in process is- users don’t need to fill out any form at all. As soon as they land on your site, they’re presented with a pop-up where they have the option to click “allow” desktop notifications and from that point on, they become part of your reachable audience.

BRING YOUR USERS BACK

One of the biggest challenges faced by website owners is creating returning visitors; which are more likely to turn into conversions. Our new feature, Web Push, is more effective than email or paid retargeting because it pushes the messages directly to the user's notification centre or desktop computer.

ABANDON CARTS HAVE A SECOND CHANCE

E-Commerce websites have a lot to gain from this new addition. You can use it to push users back where they left off and decrease your abandon cart rate. Perfectly timed notifications that increase revenue and keep visitors aware of your presence.

If you have a news feed or blog, you can use Web Push to make sure your updates quickly reach a wide audience. The more website visitors you get, the faster your reach grows.

LOCATION BASED MESSAGES EVEN IN YOUR BROWSER

You can also reach users based on location, even when they use their desktop browsers. Reach new levels of relevance using your website and gather insights on your customers' location history at work or at home!
