Opening Q2 with some new features

Product Update - March 2021

Spring is here and our team is preparing one of the most ambitious releases to date. In the meantime, we were able to add some small pieces of magic throughout our platform.

What's New

In March, we've added the following features:

QR Codes in Links

We are now automatically generating QR Codes whenever you create Links. This makes it easier for all of you to share them on websites or use them on offline channels.

Search Events in Profiles

It is now possible to search any event you want inside a user, push device, email contact, or SMS number profile. This new feature makes it much easier to find a particular event for a specific user.

New Automation Connectors Export

We've introduced a new export job to help you gather all the raw events for one or more automation connectors in one single step. In combination with other exports, you can now share all the data generated, in your event-driven campaigns, with 3rd parties with ease.

Public Beta for the new Support Area

We are pleased to announce a brand new area of our dashboard, where you can create and manage all your support tickets in one place. This new ticket system makes it much more convenient for you to drop us a question and for our support engineers to find all the information they need to help you.

Although it is possible some more changes will be introduced, we strongly advise you to check out this new feature as we plan to eventually deactivate our current help desk portal.

Additionally, we are also introducing a new App Test Report generator, where you can quickly run a battery of tests in your apps before submitting it to the stores.

Loyalty v2 Beta

You still have time to join our beta roll-out for the new Loyalty add-on, which introduces a standalone solution for rewards and membership programs as well as support for Google Pay Passes.
