This month we are celebrating our 10th anniversary. During the last decade, we've worked really hard to gain the trust of hundreds of companies, by providing an innovative platform that strives to build the tools marketers want, the software developers need, and the world-class support team that you can count on.
What's New
In November, we've launched the following:
Public Beta: SDK 3.5.0
You can now implement our SDK 3.5.0, which includes support for Live Activities in iOS 16.1 and a User Based Inbox. These new features are poised to change how push notifications are consumed by your customer, and we cannot wait to see what you are going to build with it.
SMS Messaging
This month we've released several noteworthy improvements in our SMS service.
For those of you trying to keep an eye on costs, we've introduced a new SMS Credit Used event, which allows you to find exactly the cost of each message you've sent during a given period of time. Additionally, to help you predict the cost of a text message campaign, we are now displaying the encoding and segments used in our SMS message composer.
Finally, we've also introduced a new event that is collected whenever users reply to your messages. The new SMS Incoming event effectively enables support for two-way SMS messaging. You can read more about it here.
In Progress: New Dashboard
We can now announce that we are entering the final phase of development for something that we've been working on for months... a new dashboard.
Built from scratch with the latest web technologies available, our new dashboard will be 30% faster and include a game-changing interface that promises to revolutionize the way you design, iterate and deliver your messaging campaigns.
We are a few months away from a public release, so stay tuned for more updates.
Misc. Improvements
Other features released this month:
- Added active switch for In-App Messages
- Stats for messages created by import jobs
- Possibility to include user data fields when creating email contacts or phone numbers via our dashboard and API or when you use subscription forms.
As always, you can find us available for any question you might have via our Support Channel.
