Goodbye 2021. Hello 2022! We are starting the year with a bunch of new features 🚀, some improvements, and a whole new SDK.
What's New
In January we've added the following features:
Filters in Live API
We're very pleased to announce a brand new feature in this ole' API. It is now possible to filter which signals your Live API instance receives from Notificare. More information about this can be found here.
Email Links Domain
We've also added a new feature for those of you using Email. It is now possible to use a branded sub-domain (e.g. mybrand.viewonline.email) in all links used in your email messages. This includes the web version, subscribe & unsubscribe and tracking links. Register yours now!
SDK v3
SDK v3 is now on track to be officially released in February. Although we are still working on support for some frameworks, it is already used in apps in production. If you are considering an app update soon, you should consider updating our SDK too.
Misc. Improvements
We've also released a few other things:
- Opt-out list per email campaign
- Skip import and export emails option
- REST API payload examples in message composers
Roadmap 2022
We are also happy to share with you our development goals for 2022. There are 3 major topics that we will be focusing on this year.
Journey Orchestrator
This has been in our backlog for a while, and we took the time to listen to our clients' wishes. We are now starting to develop the interface of the future, where you can combine cross-channel messaging, contextual content, location services, and event-driven messaging in one visually rich UI.
In-App Messages
We will also be introducing a new messaging channel in 2022. Although you can already build in-app messages using our contextual content features, we will release a fully managed version of in-app messages where most of the work is done via our dashboard.
Infrastructure
We are also making considerable progress in our cloud stack, creating the conditions to improve speed and reliability. We are also taking further steps to tighten up security and improve how we deploy and scale our service.
As always, you can find us available for any question you might have via our Support Channel.
